Housekeeper – Edificio de Condominios

Horario: 40 horas semanales, 6 días a la semana

Descripción Del Puesto:

Estamos buscando personal de limpieza responsable y profesional para trabajar en un edificio de condominios. La persona seleccionada será responsable de mantener en óptimas condiciones las áreas públicas y comunes del edificio.

Responsabilidades:

Limpiar y desinfectar las áreas comunes del condominio.
Mantener el edificio limpio y ordenado.
Realizar tareas como aspirado, pulido, limpieza de ventanas, entre otras.
Mantener profesionalismo al trabajar con supervisores y residentes.

Requisitos:

Disponibilidad inmediata o casi inmediata.
Hablar, leer y escribir en español.
Contar con permisos/documentos de trabajo en regla en EE.UU.

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and professional housekeeping staff to join our team at a condominium building. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of all public and common areas.

Responsibilities:

Clean and disinfect common areas of the condominium building.
Maintain a clean and organized environment.
Perform housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, polishing, and window washing.
Maintain professionalism when working with supervisors and residents.

Requirements:

Immediate or near-immediate availability.
Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish.
Must have valid U.S. work authorization and documents in order.
