Associate Account Manager

Position Overview We’re seeking a driven, organized, and detail-oriented Associate Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and an interest in developing a career in sales and account management. You will work closely with our senior account team to support client relationships, drive retention, and help identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Daily client communication and project management Track timelines, deliverables, and key milestones Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and support business development initiatives Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate data entry and documentation Provide outstanding service and support to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow into a sales-focused role What We Offer Target compensation of $60,000 (conservative estimate): $45,000 base + commissions + year-end bonus.
