About PV Pie & Wine PV Pie and Wine is your neighborhood craft kitchen, serving oven‑fired pizzas, pastas, salads and wine‑friendly entrees. We offer casual date nights, weekend brunch or quick pizza pickups. Line Cook Responsibilities Line cooks are responsible for preparation of food before and after cooking, following standards and recipes. You will be assigned a specific station or line area such as sauté or grill, and will assist the Executive and Sous chef with their daily tasks. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions Clean up station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests Position Requirements Food Handler Certification Able to stand on feet for 6–9 hours at a time Teamwork oriented Punctual Other Details Exempt/Non‑Exempt: Non‑Exempt Hiring Manager: Justin Parker Benefits Free shift meals 50% off food (including O.H.S.O. and Funky Fridas) Flexible work schedules Fun environment Pay $16‑$23/hr.
