SR Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the job A prestigious global Am Law firm is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator to join its Marketing & Client Development team. This highly visible role will provide strategic operational, project management, and executive support to the firm’s Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing leadership while helping drive department-wide initiatives, budgeting, reporting, and operational excellence. This role will be hybrid in Washington, D.C. Key Responsibilities: Provide executive-level administrative and project management support to the Chief Marketing Officer, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, presentations, and expense reporting. Coordinate department meetings, trainings, retreats, onboarding, and internal communications while supporting day-to-day Marketing & Business Development operations. Manage marketing collateral, intranet content, CRM databases (DealCloud), and other marketing technology platforms to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency. Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of marketing technologies, knowledge management platforms, and digital marketing initiatives, including website updates and blog content. Lead the department’s annual budget tracking and forecasting, preparing financial reports, monitoring expenditures, and partnering with budget owners to manage spending throughout the year. Coordinate department events, social functions, and other firmwide initiatives while supporting cross-functional collaboration across Marketing & Client Development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing operations, project management, executive support, or business operations within a law firm. Strong organizational, project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience preparing reports, tracking budgets, and analyzing data. Experience with CRM platforms (DealCloud or similar) and marketing technologies is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
