Job Description Solid professional knowledge; able to work independently in routine areas. Selects from alternatives; solves routine and emerging problems. Owns outcomes in a defined area. Operate Equipment: Run and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment according to operational standards and production schedules. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Identify potential hazards and participate in safety audits. Maintenance: Conduct basic machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments. Notify the maintenance team of any issues requiring repairs. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment performance, and material usage. Complete necessary documentation for reporting purposes. Material Handling: Safely load and unload materials, components, and finished products, ensuring efficient use of resources. Continuous Improvement : Participate in training and improvement programs to enhance skills, productivity, and workplace safety. Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10% as well as a 401(k) match of up to 8% (vesting schedule applies).
