Heating & Cooling Two, Inc. is looking for a skilled, dependable, and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Rotating on-call schedule for emergency service
• Year-round work

What You'll Do:

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and light commercial properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot HVAC system and equipment issues
• Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers
• Educate customers about equipment, maintenance, and indoor comfort solutions
• Recommend products, accessories, upgrades, and Planned Service Agreements when they provide value to the customer
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Provide professional, friendly, and respectful customer service
• Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of combined HVAC service and/or HVAC education
• Knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Dependable and organized
• Willingness to learn and continue developing technical skills
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• NATE and EPA certifications preferred, or ability to obtain required certifications within six months of employment
• Industry certifications and city competency cards are a plus.
