HR Administrative Assistant - Barclays Center
Performs a variety of clerical duties, including answering telephones, typing, word processing, office machine operation and filing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Trains other staff members to perform work activities, such as using computer applications.
- Answers telephones, directs calls, and takes messages.
- Maintains employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinating orientations and trainings
- Manages filing systems and HR documentation
- Assisting with onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems and personal computers.
- Assist with employee relations matters
- Reviews files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
- Assists with coordinating recruitment activities and hiring fairs
- Responds to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoots problems involving office equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
