CSR: Utility Billing & Collections — Entry Level

The role reports to the Supervisor, Revenue Operations and offers a starting pay of $22.73 per hour with top rate $28.41; CSR III progression can reach $38.42. Responsibilities include handling customer service requests, processing payments, cash handling, delinquent account work, and reporting.
