As a Security Officer Full Time Clinical Security in Fredericksburg, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Healthcare Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a hospital location, helping to maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, support access-related procedures, respond to security-related situations, and provide compassionate customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Tue: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Wed: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Thu: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including situations involving patients, visitors, or staff. Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Assist with access control, visitor management, and directions while maintaining a professional and courteous presence. Document incidents, observations, and activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervisors. Minimum Requirements: Have at least one year of security-related experience. Meet hospital vaccination requirements. Be able to work in a hospital morgue. Be able to restrain individuals when necessary. Have at least two years of service in a healthcare/medical-related field. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
