MRI Tech Job Summary

FirstHealth of the Carolinas is a nationally recognized health care system located in central North Carolina. Comprised of four hospitals with more than 600 beds, the system also offers leading-edge heart care in the Reid Heart Center, the area's only dedicated heart and vascular center. This position is responsible for rotating on the holiday schedule

Has training in or the desire for training in MRI, MRA studies including: head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, extremities and breast.

Experience with GE, Siemens, Hitachi and Philips Magnets preferred

MRI Tech Job Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology with additional training in MRI

Graduate from an accredited MRI school or Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Vascular Sonograpy or Radiation Therapy school with additional training in MRI.

Must be MRI Registry eligible or MRI Registered. If MRI registry eligible, must become MRI registered within 6 months of date of hire.
