By applying, you may be considered for roles that match your experience, interests, and location.Potential roles may include:Finance Service Desk AnalystProvides first-level support for Finance applications as part of the Finance Technology team.Brings foundational Finance knowledge, with exposure to Workday preferred.Typically aligned to candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.Workday Security AnalystSupports and optimizes Workday security for Finance, including the design, configuration, and maintenance of security roles, permissions, and related controls.Workday certifications are strongly preferred; business analysis certification, such as CBAP, is a plus.Typically aligned to candidates with 2 to 4 years of general Workday or Workday security experience.Workday Functional Senior AnalystWorks with a team of analysts to support process standardization and Workday best practices within the Finance Technology team.Typically aligned to candidates with 5 or more years of Workday Finance experience; Workday certifications are strongly preferred.Skills and experience we are looking for include:Workday experienceHands-on experience with Workday Finance and/or Workday Security modulesUnderstanding of Workday configuration, system design, and related business processesExperience supporting Workday enhancements, changes, testing, and issue resolutionFunctional & Process UnderstandingUnderstanding of Finance processes such as accounting, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, or related areasKnowledge of Workday security, including roles, domain security, and access controlsSystem & Data AnalysisAbility to analyze system data, configurations, workflows, and process gapsExperience with requirements gathering, documentation, data mapping, and solution supportGovernance, Risk & ComplianceUnderstanding of system governance and control frameworksExposure to audit, risk monitoring, or compliance processesStakeholder & Collaboration SkillsAbility to work with cross-functional teams, including Finance, technology, business stakeholders, and vendorsStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsWe know career paths are not always linear, and strong candidates may bring different combinations of Workday, Finance, technology, and business process experience.
