Selling Manager

Summary As a Selling Manager you will support the Store Management team in executing strategic plans to drive profitable sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will assign and manage tasks for the sales team, champion new selling tools and support client development efforts in market. The role requires strong operational leadership, coaching, and the ability to analyze business trends to meet store objectives. Responsibilities Analyze business trends and support execution of store initiatives to achieve sales and profit goals Communicate sales performance tools and coach the sales team to improve results Deliver consistent customer service, handle complaints and resolve service issues Support client development and community outreach activities Assist in recruitment, interviewing and team training initiatives Maintain store standards, inventory control and daily operational processes Promote use of selling technology and new ways to shop to drive business Requirements College degree or equivalent preferred Retail management or similar high-volume specialty retail experience preferred Strong communication, planning and prioritization skills Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and occasional travel Proven track record building positive customer and team relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
