What You'll Do

• Recruit and source qualified healthcare professionals for open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare candidates.
• Conduct candidate outreach through phone, email, job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, availability, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, credentialing, and other hiring processes.
• Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals and keep candidates engaged throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in company systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand staffing needs and fill positions quickly.
• Meet and exceed recruiting and placement goals.
• Continuously identify new strategies to improve candidate sourcing and placement results.

What We're Looking For

Previous healthcare recruiting, staffing, or recruiting experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

Comfortable making a high volume of calls and conducting candidate outreach.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail.

Professional, confident, and personable communication style.

A competitive mindset and desire to earn based on performance.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Compensation & Opportunity
