Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans Requirements: Current caregiver certification or CNA license in the state of Virginia Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related healthcare setting preferred Strong understanding of personal care, ADLs, and client safety practices Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine passion for senior care Ability to pass a background check and drug screening About Us: North Point Senior Homecare is a trusted provider of in-home care services in the Virginia Beach area, dedicated to helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.
