Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to approved standards.
• Prepare and maintain operating rooms with necessary equipment and supplies for diverse orthopedic, urology, and general procedures.
• Assist surgical teams during procedures to ensure an aseptic environment and effective workflow.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for the continuity of care and pre- and post-operative assessment.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and manage patient care documentation with accuracy.
• Respond to emergency situations with quick and effective interventions within the OR setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in California.
• BLS certification is required before the start date.
• At least 1 year of recent experience in an operating room setting.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments and adapt to variable shifts.
• Willingness to float to Main OR and nearby facilities as required.
