Robotics Technician - Weekend Night Shift

Position Overview GXO uses robotics in logistics to improve performance for our customers. As a Robotics Technician you will ensure automation machinery is properly inspected, tested, repaired and maintained to deliver safe and reliable automation solutions and superior service. Schedule Weekend Night Shift: Sunday – Tuesday and Rotating Saturday, 6:15 PM – 6:30 AM Responsibilities Repair and maintain site ABB robotics, GreyOrange butters, conveyors and wrappers Follow and execute basic functional testing procedures for equipment Perform necessary preventive maintenance in a timely manner with adequate record‑keeping Locate sources of problems by observing and monitoring the automation field; diagnose and make repairs Document performance of preventive maintenance, equipment repair, part usages, etc. Required Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems Ability to read simple electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician Active Journeyman license Physical Ability Safely walk and stand for extended periods on uneven or slippery surfaces Reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as required Access any area of the equipment to perform maintenance, including inspecting in, on and under parts of the equipment Benefits Competitive compensation Full health insurance (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) Life insurance, disability coverage and more Equal Opportunity Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer, including Disabled/Veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
