Position Overview $104,000-$125,000 estimated annual base earnings. Guaranteed full‑time pay. Company vehicle available. $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Performance bonuses paid every pay period plus quarterly bonus opportunities. Richmond & surrounding area. Role Focus Physical Therapy Assistants should focus on patient care, not paperwork, scheduling, route planning, chasing signatures, coordinating DME, chasing visits for a paycheck, waiting until 7 PM for confirmations, or evenings catching up on documentation. Clinicians are paid for additional time worked and retain guaranteed daily pay if they finish earlier.
