Business Insights Analyst II

About the role: We are looking for a level II Enterprise Data Analyst to drive key enterprise analyses and reporting. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to build a data-driven culture by delivering key insights, strategies, and recommendations that improve AvidXchange's processes and bottom line. What You'll Do: * Generate actionable insights and recommendations for operational and financial partnersDive cross-functional initiatives from an analytical and subject matter expert perspective, identifying the largest opportunities and implementing the right solutions in partnership with senior leaders * Hold partners accountable to use data and make sure it is ingrained in their operational rhythm * Communicate complex data and processes in a simple manner to senior audiences * Build and maintain automated reporting/dashboards for internal stakeholders to monitor trends and forecast performance for key metrics * Work with business leaders to identify key opportunities for improvement through reporting and process What We're Looking For: * Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline * Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI (or similar), and Power Point * 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment * Executive presence and ability to influence strategic outcomes * Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity * Experience with Python About AvidXchange AvidXchange is a leading provider of accounts payable ("AP") automation software and payment solutions for middle-market businesses and their suppliers.
