Qualifications
3-5+ years of tax experience in a public accounting environment
Experience preparing and reviewing individual, business, partnership, and corporate tax returns
CPA license, EA license, or active progress toward obtaining CPA or EA certification preferred
Experience supervising, training, or mentoring junior staff
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Proficiency with tax preparation software, Microsoft Office Suite, and accounting technology platforms
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Lead tax engagements from planning through final delivery

Prepare and review tax returns, workpapers, and supporting documentation

Research complex tax issues and provide practical solutions

Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients

Manage engagement schedules, deadlines, and deliverables

Review staff work for accuracy and compliance

Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members
