Real Estate Paralegal

We are looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join our team as the strategic engine behind our property transactions. This isn't just a support role—you will be the central point of contact for clients, lenders, and attorneys, ensuring every deal moves from case intake to closing with absolute precision. What You’ll Do: Manage the full lifecycle of real estate files, from initial contract review and due diligence to close. Review title commitments, surveys, and lien searches. You’ll be the problem solver who identifies and resolves title defects before they delay a closing. Prepare high-quality legal documents, including deeds, affidavits, settlement statements, and closing packages. Act as the primary liaison between all parties (buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders), providing the proactive updates that define a world-class client experience. Coordinate the receipt and disbursement of funds, ensuring strict compliance with firm and regulatory standards. What You Bring to the Table: 2 years of real estate paralegal experience (Residential or Commercial). Proficiency in MS Office and industry-standard software (e.g., Qualia, SoftPro, or similar). You thrive on deadlines and take pride in keeping files organized. A solid understanding of state-specific recording requirements and escrow procedures.
