Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support residents and guests with strong customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, agile, and reliable team that values integrity, innovation, and teamwork. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM -07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues. Monitor access points and visitor activity while helping to deter unauthorized entry, disturbances, and/or policy violations within the location. Support Allied Universal and property management expectations by documenting daily activities, completing incident reports, and communicating relevant updates to the appropriate contacts. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
