What You'll Do

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL-related physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following all regulatory standards
• Conduct rehabilitative treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments to optimize outcomes
• Document all services accurately in electronic records and maintain patient records compliant with policies
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers
• Provide consultation and education to patients and their support networks
• Support supervision of occupational therapist assistants and students as needed
• Participate in required meetings and ongoing training sessions

What You Need

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma or eligible state
• Relevant clinical experience in long-term care setting preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory and documentation standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to support and supervise other staff members
