Construction Laborer

Direct Concrete, LLC

Join Our Team as a Construction Laborer at Direct Concrete, LLC!

Direct Concrete isn't your standard ready-mix outfit. We run mobile mass-flow plants right on the jobsite — and we need strong team members to join our constantly expanding company. We pour 100+ yards an hour, sustained, for months at a time. That's the kind of capacity built for big industrial slabs, data center pads, manufacturing floors, and remote infrastructure work — the jobs where the local plant just can't keep up and where you can build a career servicing the exploding power transmission and data center markets. That means reliable work and steady industry-leading opportunities. If you have construction experience, especially in equipment handling or concrete placement and like working on big jobs, with good equipment, alongside people who take the work seriously — we want to talk to you.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Wearing personal protective equipment at all times while on the job
  • Using hand tools to perform various tasks on the job site
  • Ensuring fleet is clean, fueled up, and ready for the next concrete pour
  • Fabricating materials as needed for construction projects
  • Signal operators ande manage material flow to ensure continuous production during pours
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of mobile concrete production sites (hoses, conveyors, water supply, etc)
  • Preform daily pre-shift inspections (grease, fluids, tires) to insure equipment remains operational throughout pours

Required Skills:

  • Experience working in commercial / industrial construction
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment
  • Installation and general repair skills
  • Knowledge of quality control inspection processes
  • Experience with preventive maintenance procedures
  • Physical stamina to work long hours during major pours

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Commercial Driver's License
  • Experience working with concrete
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification
  • Understanding of aggregate handling (preventing the cross-contamination of materials)
  • Ability to follow strict safety protocols on large General Contractor-managed sites

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 annually. We also offer long-term disability benefits for all employees.
