A Florence law firm is currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- In a professional office you will a number of attorneys to furnish administrative and secretarial support in creating legal documents, correspondence, contracts and briefs.
- Review and edit documents for accuracy, investigating facts and drafting summaries of files.
- Personal injury case managment
- Type 50+ wpm.
- Have advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Draft legal documents.
- Request records, bills & reports.
- Answer phones.
- Spanish is a plus
