About the Position

Job Title: Mammography Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Mammography Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Valid state license required Certifications: ARRT M, ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: - EPIC experience - Experience with 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Digital Mammography Description: This position requires the candidate to have one year of travel experience as a Mammography Technologist. Candidate must have experience using the EPIC charting system. The role involves providing screening and diagnostic mammograms. Travelers will not perform contrast-enhanced procedures or biopsies. The technologist will work in a facility equipped with Hologic units. Flexibility in scheduling is preferred, with options for 5-8 hour shifts or 4-10 hour shifts. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities. Candidates must commit to working three out of five major holidays throughout the contract duration. Providing communication devices for work-related duties is expected when required for the assignment. Refusal to float or inflexibility with scheduled hours may result in termination of the assignment.
