The Custodian is responsible for major housekeeping duties including halls, staircases, common areas, clubhouse restrooms, offices, lobbies and floors. Key Contributions Performs major housekeeping duties including halls, staircases, common areas, clubhouse restrooms, offices, lobbies & scrubs floors. Pickup & delivery of linen campus wide. Moves & vacuums behind furniture. Cleans public areas & residential carpets in accordance with policies. Cleans interior & exterior Clubhouse windows; exterior of campus windows on a continual basis & residential window as scheduled. Cleans pool & patio area furniture. Sweeps & mops all building trash rooms. Assists with storing deliveries. Flips mattresses in residences. Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures Qualifications & Requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language required. During emergencies or natural disasters, may be required to remain on duty for the duration of the event. 0 - 3 years’ relevant experience.
