Behavioral Health Technician Crisis Residential
Were hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support a 24-hour crisis residential program for adults, an alternative to hospitalization for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone dependable, observant, and comfortable working in behavioral health. Schedule: Per Diem | 12-hour shifts Days (8AM8PM) or Nights (8PM8AM)
What Youll Do:
- Supervise and monitor clients in a structured setting
- Support daily living activities and appropriate behaviors
- Document observations, symptoms, and incidents
- Communicate updates to the clinical team during shift report
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Experience in behavioral health, residential, or human services preferred
- Strong judgment, reliability, and ability to stay calm under pressure
