Senior Project Manager (Program Scheduling & Execution) – Houston, TX We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead program‑level scheduling and execution support across a portfolio of large‑scale data center and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Develop and manage program‑level schedules across multiple concurrent projects using Primavera P6; maintain integrated master schedules and drive schedule alignment across multi‑site, multi‑scope projects. Support ongoing projects, including Crusoe program initiatives (Spark 2.0, Abilene B9/B10, Llano B1/B2) and hyper‑scale cloud deployments, by collaborating with project leaders, buyout teams, and engineering, procurement, and construction units. Partner with buyout, project leadership, and key stakeholders to develop executable schedules tied to procurement milestones; enable sequencing of procurement, material delivery, and field activities. Monitor project performance against baseline schedules, identify risks and mitigation strategies, develop reporting dashboards, and implement Earned Value Management (EVM) practices. Scale scheduling best practices, support standardized scheduling frameworks, and contribute to estimating accuracy and decision‑making for leadership. Provide forecasted project support for upcoming initiatives such as Frazier Industrial, Cipher, and AWS/Stark programs. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in project management, project controls, or scheduling within industrial, data center, or construction environments. Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 scheduling, including multi‑project integration. Proven experience managing large, complex, multi‑site project portfolios. Strong understanding of buyout/procurement workflows and their impact on execution. Experience implementing schedule tracking, reporting, and performance metrics. Preferred: hyperscale data center or mission‑critical infrastructure project experience; familiarity with EVM principles; strong cross‑functional leadership; ability to operate in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
