We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and we are looking for a professional who can inspire and lead a dynamic team of project managers while ensuring smooth project execution.**What your day-to-day will look like:*** Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development.* Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations.* Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies, leveraging more innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity.* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.* Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to optimize project outcomes.* Foster a climate of inclusivity and belonging, supporting each other's wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce.* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with the business development team to drive growth and expand client relationships.* Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross-selling meetings.* Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business, and successfully execute projects across all elements of the PDS platform.**Required qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).* 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry.* Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.* Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.* Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.* Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.**Preferred qualifications:*** Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management).* Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma).* Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams.* Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies.* Proven experience in business development and successfully securing new project opportunities.* Ability to travel as needed.This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.**Estimated compensation for this position:**126,000.00 – 183,000.00 USD per year*This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
