Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and controls to maintain reliable plant operations* Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life* Install, test, and calibrate electrical components and instrumentation in accordance with codes and standards* Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to execute work safely and accurately* Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize work, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated capability in industrial electrical maintenance, working with equipment ranging from 12V DC to 4160V AC; experience with automation, controls, and HMI is a plus* Strong troubleshooting skills with a safety-first mindset and adherence to lockout/tagout and electrical safety practices* Ability to read and apply electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation* Effective communication and teamwork skills with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement* Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** Starting pay ranging from $22.95 - $33.88 per hour DOE* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits + Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance + Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid HolidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr
