Reports To: Inside Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Inside Sales Executive to grow an assigned territory of medical specialty physicians and clinics. In this role, you will develop new business through inbound leads, outbound outreach, email campaigns, and social media while supporting, training, and expanding relationships with existing providers. The ideal candidate can communicate scientific information clearly, manage a sales pipeline with discipline, and build lasting partnerships in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and build interest with prospective providers.
• Sell, onboard, train, and service physicians, clinics, and practice staff throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Deliver tailored online demonstrations that address each prospect’s clinical and business needs.
• Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, sales activity, and customer interaction records in CRM systems.
• Partner with marketing, customer service, lab operations, and other internal teams to support seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Handle inbound prospect calls and convert qualified opportunities into sales.
• Follow HIPAA requirements and verify authorization before sharing account information.

Requirements:

• Excellent account management, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain complex scientific information clearly and persuasively to clinical audiences.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and support customers across EST, CST, MST, and PST as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales technology; experience with Quickbase, Salesforce, or another CRM is preferred.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• Healthcare or medical sales experience, preferably serving outpatient physician practices, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience selling innovative or disruptive technologies in a competitive market.
• Familiarity with infectious disease specialties and clinical workflows.
