Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff while following site-specific procedures and assigned security-related duties. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe building activity, and document incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site expectations. Support emergency response activities for the location, including assisting with evacuations, access control, and direction of occupants during unusual events. Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
