Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Melody Mend, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals and couples, incorporating family dynamics.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for couples while also offering individual therapy when necessary.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific behavioral health concerns.
\n
• Provide support for issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and stay up-to-date with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including couples, children, and adolescents, addressing a wide range of issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Physical and psychological trauma.
\n
• Grief and loss experiences.
\n
• Family member conflicts, including sibling rivalry and communication barriers.
\n
• Adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
\n
• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
