This senior role oversees fund-level accounting, financial reporting, waterfalls, capital activity, audit/tax coordination, and investor reporting across a portfolio of real estate funds and separate accounts.The position provides broad exposure across complex real estate fund structures, joint ventures, and investment activity with high visibility working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The Fund Controller will manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals while partnering closely with portfolio management, acquisitions, capital markets, investor relations, lenders, auditors, and external tax providers.Key responsibilities include oversight of fund-level accounting and financial reporting, management of waterfalls and capital allocations, coordination of audit and tax processes, and supervision of accounting team members.The firm offers an established platform with significant AUM and a long-term track record in real estate investment management.Apply for this Position
