What You'll Do

• Support clinical interventions using evidence-based practice
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments for patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and supportive devices
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
• Document all treatments and patient responses accurately in electronic health records
• Participate in patient care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of the Physical Therapist
• Adhere to all community, state, and national practice standards and ethics

What You Need

• Active State Licensure for PTA (if applicable)
• Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and document accurately

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
