Nursing Supervisor - 7pm-7am - Full Time, Elm Terrace Gardens Elm Terrace Gardens is a Continuing Care Retirement Community(CCRC) located in the heart of Lansdale PA. Registered Nurse Supervisor: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered NurseSupervisor to lead and oversee nursing staff within our 5 star healthcare facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute tohigh-quality patient care while supporting a collaborative andprofessional work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills,clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery. Schedule is: 7pm-7am bi-weekly schedule Monday, Tuesday,Sat, Sun, Thurs, Fri Excellent benefit package offered after 60 days! Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staffto ensure efficient and effective patient care. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures,and standards in compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations fornursing team members. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, andadministrative staff to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor patient care quality and safety, addressing any issuesor concerns promptly. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to healthcareregulations and hospital policies. Participate in staffing and scheduling to meet patient careneeds and maintain optimal staffing levels. Experience and Skills: Skills and Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within ahealthcare setting. Strong clinical knowledge and skills across a variety ofnursing disciplines. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team ofhealthcare professionals.
