Senior Technical Project Manager (Contract)

In this assignment, you will be working with Coinbase through our Managed Service Provider—partnering with one of the most influential cryptocurrency companies in history, dedicated to empowering their customers’ success through innovative solutions.

• Develop and implement standardized launch-readiness processes for Customer Experience Programs, including operating procedures, checklists, readiness reviews, and escalation paths.
• Partner with program managers and cross-functional stakeholders to establish readiness criteria, milestones, ownership, and metrics for priority product and regulatory launches.
• Maintain a consolidated view of launch readiness, tracking dependencies, risks, outstanding requirements, and handoffs. Surface gaps early and coordinate follow-through with accountable owners.
• Manage quarterly Support Contact Rate (SCR) OKR reporting, gathering inputs across the team and consolidating progress, initiative updates, risks, and next steps.
• Partner with program managers and metric owners to validate reporting inputs and document expected versus actual impact, distinguishing contact elimination from automation.
• Coordinate quarterly planning, including timelines, templates, team submissions, and synthesis of proposed priorities, capacity constraints, and cross-team dependencies.
• Prepare quarterly readouts and recurring leadership updates that clearly communicate outcomes, progress against goals, risks, and decisions needed.
• Facilitate quarterly lookbacks, consolidating results and lessons learned, identifying what worked and what needs to change, and carrying agreed actions into the next planning cycle.
• Use approved AI tools and workflow automation to streamline input collection, reporting, documentation, and follow-up while maintaining accuracy and protecting confidential information.

 

• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technical projects and establishing scalable operating processes.
• Experience building launch-readiness frameworks, standard operating procedures, and measurable readiness criteria.
• Experience coordinating quarterly planning, OKR reviews, leadership readouts, and retrospectives.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; ability to consolidate team inputs, validate data, and translate results into clear insights and recommendations.
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering, product, analytics, and customer experience teams and translate dependencies into actionable plans.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI and workflow automation to improve coordination and reporting, with sound judgment around output validation and data security.
• Strong written communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and follow-through.
• Proficiency with project-management tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards; ability to create lightweight workflows that reduce manual effort.

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Project management certification, such as PMP, is a plus but not required. Demonstrated application of AI tools and automation in a professional setting is preferred.
