Inside Sales Representative

My Gutter Doctor is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in helping homeowners find the right solutions for protecting and maintaining their homes. You will manage customer opportunities from initial inquiry through estimate, follow-up, and scheduling while delivering a professional, educational, and honest sales experience. Compensation & Benefits Base Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 annually Total Compensation: $65,000–$100,000+ annually This position combines a competitive base salary with performance-based commission , giving you the stability of guaranteed compensation with the ability to significantly increase your earnings based on performance. $50,000–$70,000 base compensation, based on experience and qualifications Performance-based commission $65,000–$100,000+ total earning potential Uncapped opportunity for strong performers Company-generated inbound leads Established customer base and recurring service customers Field-generated sales opportunities No door-to-door prospecting Paid time off Paid holidays Company-provided training and ongoing sales development Established CRM and sales systems Company-provided technology and tools Year-round work Career advancement and leadership opportunities Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online requests Qualify leads and identify each customer's needs Prepare and present estimates for gutter cleaning, repairs, gutter guards, gutter replacement, and soffit & fascia services Educate homeowners on service options, warranties, and recurring maintenance memberships Consistently follow up on open estimates and sales opportunities Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate customer records Coordinate with field supervisors and technicians to gather information needed for estimates Work opportunities generated by our technicians, existing customers, and membership base Identify appropriate opportunities for additional services and recurring memberships Maintain strong communication between customers, sales, operations, and field teams Meet individual sales, conversion, and gross-margin expectations Deliver an excellent customer experience without relying on high-pressure sales tactics What Success Looks Like Successful Inside Sales Associates are responsive, organized, confident on the phone, comfortable asking for the sale, and disciplined about follow-up.
