License: Required license for EP Tech, RN accepted with proficiency in scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring cases
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R or equivalent, RCIS required, RCES preferred

Description:
Electrophysiology Technician needed for cardiac catheterization laboratory.
The unit has 4 Electrophysiology labs operating on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 3 labs on Wednesday.
Candidates should have experience with adult patients only.
Common procedures include Electrophysiology Studies, catheter ablations, and Watchmen implantations.
Required procedures include device implantation, lead extractions, cardioversions, and loop implants.
Experience in monitoring cases is preferred.
Charting in the electronic medical record system is necessary.
Skills in management of pressors and conscious sedation are essential.
The department values patient-centered focus and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Commitment to safety and quality is paramount.
Support is provided by coordinators and charge nurses within the department.
Weekend call rotation is required, with potential variations discussed during the interview.
Travelers are expected to work at least one holiday during their contract.
Department culture emphasizes professionalism, adaptability, innovation, and a supportive environment.
