Job DescriptionJob DescriptionManufacturing Production SupervisorCondustrial is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor in HVAC.The Manufacturing Production Supervisor – with experience in HVAC MANUFACTURING will oversee daily production operations, lead a team of operators, and ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.We are seeking candidates with an HVAC background/knowledge and a valid EPA Certification.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and workflow.Lead, assign, and monitor production employees and operators.Ensure production schedules and targets are met.Monitor product quality and ensure established quality standards are followed.Maintain compliance with company safety policies and procedures.Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity.Train and support employees as needed.Communicate production needs, issues, and updates to management.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and production processes.Qualifications:Previous production supervision or manufacturing leadership experience preferred.HVAC knowledge or hands-on HVAC experience required.EPA Certification required.Experience leading or supervising a production team.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity.Interested?
