How You Will Make an Impact

• Be the Welcoming Face: Greet visitors, school families, and students with genuine warmth both in person and on the phone. You will open the door for guests when they ring the bell, answer questions, and ensure everyone connects with the right person.
• Keep Operations Humming: Manage day-to-day office communication by handling emails on behalf of the school office, routing messages quickly, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Own the Data & Records: Keep our database pristine by entering student updates, managing transfers, and creating, organizing, and archiving physical and digital files for students, families, and faculty.
• Support Our Families: Review daily attendance entries and follow up immediately with teachers if records are missing. Connect with parents to check on absent students and accurately record tardies.
• Guard Our Community's Trust: Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion regarding student records, internal office matters, and everyday activities.

This position has an hourly range of $15.00 - $16.50. An employee's pay within the hourly range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
