NOW HIRING — FLEET COMPLIANCE & SAFETY COORDINATOR

Atlanta, GA | Home Office | On-Site | Monday–Friday

⚠️ THIS IS NOT A DISPATCHING POSITION

This position works  directly with OTR box-truck drivers on DOT COMPLIANCE & SAFETY.

MUST monitor follow and follow up through out shift it’s drivers, understand trucking, HOS and driver compliance.

•  HOS / ELD / Paper Logbooks
• Pre-Trip & Post-Trip Inspections
• Driver check-ins, ETAs & required communication
• DOT / Driver documentation
• Maintenance & safety concerns
• Missing or incorrect compliance paperwork

FLEX + PM AVAILABILITY NEEDED

We are currently filling our  FLEX and PM operations.

FLEX: Approximately 11 AM–8 PM
PM: Approximately 3 PM–12 AM

⚠️  You MUST have flexibility to rotate between morning, FLEX and PM hours when operationally needed.

TRAINING + GROWTH PAY

Week 1 Training: $12.50/hr
Week 2: $15.00/hr if training requirements are successfully met
Week 3+: Overtime opportunities at $17.50/hr , when applicable
After 90 Days: Base pay review with potential increase to $17.50/hr based on successful performance

Pay and/or bonus opportunities are reevaluated quarterly based on performance, reliability, knowledge and company growth.

We are building our Compliance & Safety department from a  home-office foundation and are looking for people who want to  grow with the company long-term.

WE NEED SOMEONE WHO:

✓ Understands  HOS, ELDs and/or paper logs
✓ Has trucking, fleet, safety, compliance or logistics experience
✓ Can communicate firmly and professionally with drivers
✓ Is organized, dependable and detail-oriented
✓ Can identify a problem, follow up and make sure it gets corrected
✓ Is comfortable working independently
✓ Wants to help build and grow a new department
