General Matter
General Matter in the United States is seeking a Project Estimator to develop Capital Expenditure estimates and initial financial models for large-scale industrial projects. You will translate complex scopes into granular cost structures during conceptual and design phases, informing investment approvals and resource planning. You will partner with design engineers, quantify scopes, prepare cost loadings, and shape cost strategies, while benchmarking market data, maintaining a costs database, #J-18808-Ljbffr
