Welder PositionCurrently seeking qualified candidates for a welder position on 2nd shift in the Florence, KY area. Compensation and benefits for the welder include unlimited $150 referral bonus for any new applicants you refer, vacation pay, and temp to hire opportunities.Responsibilities of the welder include:Sand sheet metal parts to engineering specifications on the blueprints.Read and interpret blueprints, welding prints, and other drawings.Select parts from laser cutting/press brake operation to weld and align parts.Sand, grind, buff, taper, and or tap fabricated parts to drawing specifications.Set up and run MIG welding machines.Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.Follow all company instructions, safety policies, and rules.Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.Requirements of the welder include:2nd shift 3:30pm - 2 am M-Thursday + Fridays as needed.Must pass a 10 panel drug test.Must be self-driven.Must have reliable transportation.
