Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Hospitality in PHILADELPHIA, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide welcoming customer service. You will communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and team members while documenting security-related observations. DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and observe the location for unusual conditions, reporting security-related concerns and maintenance issues according to site procedures.
- Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
