(Note: Employees who average fewer than 30 hours per week are not eligible for medical, dental, or vision insurance.)Paid time off begins accruing immediately upon employment.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully handle and deliver packages on time.Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicles.Follow all local and state laws, driving regulations, and Company policies.Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction, even in stressful situations or conditions.Perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions and on various routes. Frequently lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs.; tilt, push, and slide packages weighing between 50 and 70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without assistance; and repeatedly enter and exit a delivery van throughout the day at various locations.Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, package scanning, administrative tasks such as clocking in and out, and communication with supervisors and team members.Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle.Support the team in daily operational requirements, including participating in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.RequirementsMust be at least 21 years old.Must possess a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Must successfully pass a background check.Must successfully pass a 4-panel drug screeningMust have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations may disqualify you from the position).Must have strong English-speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills.Equipment ProvidedDelivery vehicle and fuel.Handheld technology.Uniforms.Other safety and administrative equipment necessary to perform the job.Hiring ProcessThe hiring process typically takes approximately 1–2 weeks to complete.
