Ideal candidates will be reliable, flexible, critical-thinking problem solvers./ppSome duties include:/pulliMonitor availability and maintain schedules concerning all aspects of trucking operations/liliUse computers, phone, and other technological devices with ease/liliDetermine types and number of trucks needed for all projects/liliSchedule and dispatch vehicles to appropriate location/liliOrders and maintains needed truck shop supplies/liliCoordinate and facilitate resources daily to meet work schedule/liliBe comfortable in a construction environment/liliHave experience using two-way radios/liliAssist transportation manager with supervision of transportation department employees/liliLearn and follow all safety regulations/liliBe familiar with DOT regulations/liliWork occasional nights, weekends, holidays and/or overtime/liliSome travel may be required/liliComplete other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management/li/ulpPre-employment checks include reference checks and drug testing and DMV records (as needed)./p/div
