Field Operations CoordinatorUSA Renovations is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support the execution of projects in the field by ensuring jobs are fully prepared, crews are equipped, and issues are resolved quickly.This is a high-responsibility, fast-paced role that requires strong problem-solving skills, responsiveness, and the ability to operate under pressure. The Field Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping crews productive and projects running on schedule.Our projects often operate on overnight schedules, while the office operates during standard daytime hours. Because of this:Crews frequently work overnight shiftsThis role requires availability outside of normal business hoursResponding to calls and messages after hours, including nights and weekends, is a requirement of this positionThis is not a traditional 9–5 role. The ideal candidate must be comfortable supporting field operations during off-hours when issues arise and must be dependable in responding when needed.Ensure crews can execute work efficiently by eliminating delays, coordinating logistics, and resolving issues quickly in the field.Field Readiness & CoordinationConfirm jobsite readiness prior to crew arrival (access, contacts, conditions)Ensure materials and equipment are available and properly stagedCoordinate site logistics to support efficient work executionMaterials, Equipment & LogisticsArrange delivery or transport of materials and equipmentVerify equipment is functional and ready for useCoordinate last-mile logistics to prevent delaysIssue ResolutionRespond to and resolve field issues in real time, including during off-hoursTroubleshoot problems related to access, materials, or equipmentEscalate issues appropriately when necessaryExecution MonitoringConfirm crews arrive and begin work as scheduledTrack delays and communicate issues to internal teamSupport overall project execution by maintaining clear communicationRequired1–3+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or a related environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and coordination skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility and willingness to respond to after-hours calls and issues (required)PreferredExperience working on commercial construction or service-based projectsFamiliarity with field reporting tools or project management systemsExperience coordinating materials or equipment logisticsPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentAbility to travel to various job sites as neededAbility to stand, walk, and navigate job sites for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationWork may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsCompensationCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesOpportunities for growth and advancementEqual Employment Opportunity StatementUSA Renovations is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
