Supplemental Health Care is working with a school district in Cahokia, Illinois to hire Physical Therapists. School-Based Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $48.65 - $52.40 per hour
• 40-week contracts
• $3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
• Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
• Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
• Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
• May be asked to travel between school locations
• May be asked to supervise assistants

• Illinois Physical Therapist License
• American Heart Association BLS
• Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
