Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC within the financial services industry. The Marketing Project Manager will support Public Affairs brand marketing initiatives by serving as the operational hub for campaign execution. This is a highly collaborative role with visibility across marketing, creative, strategy, leadership, agencies, vendors, and business partners. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and Public Affairs brand marketing initiatives. Develop and manage end-to-end project timelines across strategy, creative, execution, approval, and deployment teams. Maintain campaign calendars, project plans, asset trackers, and project documentation to support timely and compliant launches. Coordinate cross-functional communication among marketing teams, business partners, agencies, vendors, researchers, and stakeholders. Track leadership reviews, approvals, project dependencies, risks, and roadblocks while escalating issues as needed. Support final creative asset management, including storage, organization, governance, and retention within Digital Asset Management systems. Compensation: $54.67 per hour. Job Type: hybrid.
